Res Bare

Bare is a six track EP of acoustic versions of four of Res’ songs as well as two covers. Due to time constraints, a photo shoot wasn't viable, so a simple solution was to illustrate Res for the cover art. Given the stripped down, back-to-basics concept of the music, a simple graphite pencil sketch was the perfect direction. And to further convey the nature of the “bare” tracks, I left parts of the sketch unfinished. For the track listing, I continued the pencil motif by doing script hand lettering of the song titles. Below you'll also find an alternate cover concept as well as a t-shirt design with the cover art with “Res Bare” as part of the sketch.
